Edward W. Nalband, MD
Internal Medicine
South Shore Medical Center
Dr. Ed Nalband grew up watching his father deliver primary care in his office, hospitals, nursing homes and patients’ homes. His mother was a nurse. He chose adult primary care as his profession because of the values and skills instilled in him by his parents – caring for others and the chance to impact people’s lives for the better.
After training in Minnesota, Dr. Nalband joined South Shore Medical Center in 1985 as a provider in Internal Medicine and has held numerous administrative roles as well. He is a cyclist who supports and participates in the annual Pan Mass Challenge to raise money for cancer research.
