Sharon Stemm is a registered nurse at South Shore Hospital, part of South Shore Health, and holds a Master’s of Science in Nursing. Stemm oversees education and leadership development for the nursing staff and is the manager of the hospital’s Magnet Program which recognizes excellence in nursing services. South Shore Hospital was designated as a Magnet organization in 2009 and 2014 and is currently applying for re-designation.
